Located in the north of Taiping Lake Forest Town in Maitreya City, surrounded by green mountains and water, the international Wooden House Conference Center is another landmark building in Maitreya city. It is jointly designed by Shanghai Jiaotong University Planning and Architecture Design Co., Ltd. and Yunnan Jicheng Garden Design Co., Ltd.

It covers an area of more than 40000 square meters and has a total building area of 105 mu, of which the main building area is 7706 square meters, which can accommodate 1000 people for meetings and meals at the same time. The total investment is about 300 million yuan. The overall wooden structure span of the conference center is 32 meters.

This is another milestone masterpiece of Maitreya Taiping Lake Forest Town and also a benchmark of domestic wooden house Convention Center.

This conference center full of natural flavor is built with a high starting point, high standard and high level. It is the Yunnan conference center. The main conference hall is 3005 square meters, nearly 15 meters high, and can accommodate more than 600 people at the same time; The lecture hall is 1180 square meters, with compound lounge, medium-sized conference room, etc., and can accommodate more than 450 people.

In terms of function and technology, various intelligent large screens and other equipment in the conference center can meet the needs of modern large and medium-sized conferences, meetings and banquets, and support the flexible combination of round table conferences, formal conferences, banquets and other modes.

The conference center has become the host of regional international conferences. In the future, many international and large-scale conferences such as the summit of the six countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization will be held here.

The interior lighting design of the main building of the center was jointly completed by Yunnan Jicheng Garden Design Co., Ltd. and Raynice lighting College; Technical support for installation and commissioning of lighting control system and lamps is provided by Yunnan renis lighting; All indoor lighting products are customized by Jiangmen Renis Lighting Appliance Co., Ltd. according to the positioning of the project, the functions of the conference center and the building layout structure. With the joint efforts of all parties, the project was completed.
