Ceiling lamp, with a variety of shapes, beautiful and fashionable, is an important object in home decoration. While the ceiling lamp brings us light and enjoyment, we should also give it better "care". Let's take a look at the maintenance and cleaning tips of ceiling lamps.
Pay attention to safety when disassembling
Before disassembling the ceiling lamp, be sure to turn off the power first, and do not wipe the lamp holder with a wet rag to prevent leakage.
Do not arbitrarily change the structure of the lamp or replace its parts. After cleaning, the lamp should be installed as it is, and no missing or wrong parts should be installed.
There is no "ash" in high places: the ceiling lamp is hung high on the ceiling, so don't think that dust can't get in easily. When the ceiling light is lit, it will produce some electromagnetic reactions, which is easy to absorb the dust in the air. So be careful and clean up often.
Clean the dirt on the lamp holder: To clean the dirt on the lamp holder, you can first remove the dust on the surface, and then wipe with a cotton cloth dipped in toothpaste, do not let moisture stay on the lamp holder. If it is a crystal ceiling lamp, it needs to maintain a specific ambient temperature in the room. Too high or too low temperature will affect its life.
Different shades of different methods:
For cloth lampshades, first use a small vacuum cleaner to absorb the surface dust, and then pour some detergent to scrub;
The inside of the lampshade is made of paper material, do not use detergent to prevent damage, just wipe it with a dry cloth;
The frosted glass lampshade is cleaned with a soft cloth dipped in toothpaste, and the dirt on the bumps can be treated with a toothpick wrapped with a soft cloth;
For the dirt on the metal lamp holder, first remove the surface dust, and then squeeze a little toothpaste on the cotton cloth to scrub.
Avoid dusting of ballasts: Lamp tubes and ballasts are important components of ceiling lamps. If they are stained with dust, they will affect heat dissipation, shorten the service life of parts, and reduce the effect of ceiling lamps. Therefore, when maintaining ceiling lights, check them regularly for dirt. If it is a ceiling lamp with a completely flat backlight design, this problem does not need to be considered, because it is inside.
